Shipping policy

All products in the shop are in stock and ready to ship.  Riveted Oak Designs ships via USPS Ground Advantage Mail, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail.  Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 business days, with the exception of custom orders.  I am currently only shipping to a limited number of countries outside of the USA.

All jewelry comes gift wrapped and shipped in bubble mailers.  All soft goods are shipped in poly mailers.

If your order was damaged during shipping, missing items, contains incorrect items, or contains faulty items, please contact rivetedoakdesigns@gmail.com so that it can be replaced.  Please include pictures of shipping damage (if relevant) so that it can be reported to carrier.    Customer satisfaction is the highest priority!
